We begin with in-depth discussions of your needs, your environment, and the mission of the role. Whenever possible, we request the opportunity to meet the hiring manager and other key members within the organization. We want to learn your culture and what kinds of candidates would excel in it.
From there, we develop research that targets both active and passive candidates who are qualified to learn of their potential interest in your position opening. Personal interviews are conducted, and only those who I believe would be of serious interest to your organization are presented.

Professional Fees are Defined Up Front
There are three levels of professional fees: Executive Leadership, Manager / Director, and Critical Contributor.
Upon engagement, a modest retainer is due, and the final invoice is submitted when the written offer and acceptance between you and the candidate is completed.

If the candidate you hire through Rick Lowry Search leaves within one year, for any reason other than a reduction-in-force, I will conduct the search for the replacement with no additional professional fees. *
